Sumatra Green Coffee Beans
For those that want a “Java” style coffee this is a good place to start. Heavy and chocolatey this mildly acidic bean turns into a smooth and satisfying brew indeed with a medium to high roast. Sumatra has very little of the heavy earthy taste of the older Java’s but retains the characteristic musty spice of all the coffees of the region. Not one I’d blend myself but thats because I like the smooth strong flavor of a single blend roast of this prized bean.
