Kenya Green Coffee Beans
These quality beans are not for the first time roaster. Beans from Kenya and indeed from most of Africa tend to have variable moisture content from bean to bean making it more difficult to get an even roast. While we recommend a medium roast for these beans to maximize the complex flavor, this can sometimes be difficult to achieve in a home environment. However a high “medium” roast to a just turned “dark” roast will produce a good cup of coffee as well.
