These beauties from India make a fine cup of coffee nearly any way you might choose to roast them. Their often large size can surprise some when they are first roasted as the bean swells considerably – if given a longish gentle roast. The flavor is often described as “Spicey” but with a little of the earthy musts that you would normally expect only in Indonesian or Javan coffees. The Mysore grown nuggets we are carrying are some of the best examples of Indian coffee and well worth a taste.
