Green Ethiopian Sidamo Coffee Beans
Ah Mocha! These smallish beans are the direct descendants of our old friend Kaldi that gets the credit (according to some anyway!) of discovering coffee in the first place. Darkly aromatic with a strong almost earthy taste its no wonder Mocha beans have become synonymous for that dark rich coffee taste. Often used as the base for the “Mocha coffee” of the espresso bar this dark and rich taste marries well with Chocolate and is a great way to add depth to a blend of lighter flavoured coffee beans.
