Green Colombia Excelso E.P. Huila
Colombia Excelso E.P. Huila is a clean, bright (good acidity), sweet tasting coffee with citrus over tones. We recommend excelso coffee beans for the beginning roaster. Their smooth shape and consistent size help in achieving a even roast. These beans also have a medium-high to high moisture content making them more suitable for experimentation. A dark ” medium” roast makes for a good french press or drip pot coffee. A darker roast will give you a great single origin espresso that will capitalize on the citrus over tones.
