I wanted to thank you all the way from the United Kingdom for your kind and assistance in helping me to select a range of teas for my mother to try in North Carolina.
For my mom aged 85, it was her 1st cup of loose tea and I could hear her happiness over the phone as she sipped on a cup of peppermint tea. It was very splendid indeed to hear the happiness in her voice!
The internet credit card transaction went very smooth and the teas arrived prompt and well packaged.
I have tried about 15 kinds of tea and coffee now from your Wilkinson’s store in Norwich, England.
It’s a real treat each time for me to just stand outside of the store and smell the aromas as you approach from 50 yards away. Amazing!

Thanks Freddie. I am so happy your mom’s first loose leaf tea experience was with Wilkinson’s teas! Yes, our parent shop in Norwich, England is a delightful (and aromatic) place to visit, and has been extremely successful due to the knowledgeable and excited folks who work there. We are excited to be opening our first retail store in the US this fall, in Pensacola, FL, and are hoping to provide that same unique experience as the store in Norwich. We will still be filling orders via the internet and phone, of course. I look forward to providing you with more teas very soon. Mom surely must be out by now!
I have loved every variety of coffee I have ordered and love having so many choices. I have been dependent on grocery store brands and find the Wilkinson beans to be superior in every way. It is great to have several types on hand to sample and compare daily. The beans are always roasted perfectly, never bitter and always fresh. The efficient shipping department always gets my order out immediately, it is packed well and smells great–I know a treat is in store when I see the box! Thanks Wilkinson’s for a great product and wonderful service.
Yes, isn’t it great having so many coffee choices! I love how those boxes smell, too, when I pack them and send, and I know how they smell when they reach you. We love customers like Claudia…I know personally that Claudia has one of the most unique coffee grinders I’ve seen in all my years (watch for a photo of it on our blog).
